For rates with a flexible cancellation policy, a valid credit card needs to be provided as a guarantee and payment can be made on property. For rates with a non-refundable cancellation policy, we ask for 100% of the total accommodation fee at the time of booking. This ensures your booking is confirmed by all parties, avoiding any disappointment.
For stays upwards of 7 nights, a deposit may be requested both for our flexible and non-refundable cancellation policy.
You can pay with all major credit cards online or via bank transfer.

You can enjoy our homes from one day to a month. For stays upwards of 7 nights, a deposit may be requested both for our flexible and non-refundable cancellation policy.

For stays upwards of 7 nights, a tiered deposit may be requested for our flexible cancellation policy, and a full deposit will be requested for our non-refundable cancellation policy.

For rates with a flexible cancellation policy of less than 7 nights, guests may cancel with no charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
For rates with a non-refundable cancellation policy, once the booking is confirmed, no refunds or modifications will be permitted.

Pets need to be approved on a case by case basis. Please get in touch with our team to discuss your requirements. It will always be up to the owner of the property, and we’ll always do our best to find you the perfect solution.
Booking your stay

Check-in from 15:00 (3pm).
Check-out by 12:00 (12pm).
Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and the hotel's discretion, and may incur an extra charge.

The address will be included with your booking confirmation. And, closer to your arrival, we’ll be in touch to reconfirm all details.

You will receive a pre-arrival introductory email closer to your arrival date, containing all the relevant details, including check-in information.

Don’t worry. Travel plans are often beyond our control. We’ll be in touch via phone or text on the day, so you can keep us posted about any changes.

If you don’t want to leave, please contact us and we’ll check availability.

Our skilled cleaning staff provides daily housekeeping, ensuring tidiness, fresh bed linens and towels, and replenished toiletries.

Our service works because we trust each other. Please call us straight away, and we’ll take care of repairs or replacement on your behalf.
During your stay

Simply leave your keys as directed, and we do the rest. Of course, your guest services specialist is on hand to help with car transfers… we can even sort a butler to do your packing!
